Opportunities in the current market

Partnering with a successful investment group focusing on opportunities in the local residential foreclosure inventory has proven to be very rewarding.   Though these opportunities present different challenges compared to building a new structure, walking into a house that has been sadly neglected and seeing the possibilities in the  underlying bones was a natural application of our professional expertise.

With a few modifications to the design and applying the same approach we take in building our custom homes, we were able to transform a dated house into a beautiful diamond in an established neighborhood.....wonderful neighborhood, custom upgrades applied to an older home really made this project  stand out as a success i.    Definitely more to come!!!
